Happy Fear Monster Friday everyone!
Whenever you have a dream, something you want to accomplish, your fear monster is bound to show up and have a very loud opinion about it.
Sometimes fear monsters are afraid of failure, and that's relatively understandable. But sometimes they're also afraid of wild and crazy success.
Marianne Williamson said,
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do.
So, as we end another week, ask yourself how you're holding yourself back. Ask if you can play bigger. The world needs more happy people. So, go out there and chase your dreams and be blissful!
